This Shipping Policy explains how NATUR’A BOUTIQUES handles the dispatch, delivery, and processing of orders placed through our online store. It is intended to complement our Terms of Service and Refund Policy, which apply to any purchase made on our website.
By placing an order on our site, you agree to all of these policies.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
If we experience unusually high order volume or encounter a significant processing delay, we will notify you at the email address provided at checkout.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Orders are shipped within Canada using reputable carriers such as Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, or comparable delivery services.
Estimated delivery times are:

Quebec / Ontario: 2 to 5 business days

Other Canadian provinces: 3 to 8 business days
These delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed.
In accordance with our Terms of Service, NATUR’A BOUTIQUES is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or events beyond our control.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated automatically based on:

the weight of the parcel,
-
the delivery address,
-
the shipping method selected,
-
and the carrier’s rates.
Any free shipping promotion will be clearly indicated at checkout.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the error is attributable to NATUR’A BOUTIQUES.
4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking Number
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing:

a shipping confirmation,
-
a tracking number,
-
and a link to track your package.
Please note that tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to update after the carrier has picked up the parcel.
5. Incorrect Address, Refused Packages, or Undeliverable Orders
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If a package is returned to us due to:

an incorrect or incomplete address,
-
inability to deliver to the address provided,
-
refusal by the recipient,
-
or failure to collect the parcel from the pickup location,
then:

reshipping fees may apply, or
-
a refund may be issued minus the original shipping cost and any fees charged by the carrier.
These situations are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
6. Transfer of Risk and Responsibility
As stated in our Terms of Service:
Title and risk of loss transfer to you once we hand the package over to the carrier.
This means NATUR’A BOUTIQUES cannot be held responsible for:

lost packages,

theft after delivery,
-
packages marked as “delivered”,
-
damage incurred during transit,
-
or delivery delays.
However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Refunds or compensation depend solely on the carrier’s resolution.
7. Packages Marked as “Delivered”
If the carrier indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it:

Check your mailbox, porch, balcony, garage, or usual delivery area.

Check with household members, neighbors, or building staff.

Contact the carrier to open an investigation.
NATUR’A BOUTIQUES does not refund orders that the carrier marks as delivered.
8. Damaged Packages
If your item arrives damaged:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Send photos of the packaging and the damaged product to contact@naturaboutiques.com
We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
In accordance with our Refund Policy, a replacement may be considered based on the carrier’s assessment.
9. Shipping Restrictions
At this time, NATUR’A BOUTIQUES ships only within Canada.
Any future expansion to international shipping will be announced on our website.
10. Relationship to Other Policies
This Shipping Policy must be read together with:

our Terms of Service,

our Refund Policy,

and our Privacy Policy.
If there is any inconsistency, the Terms of Service take precedence regarding liability, risk transfer, and contractual interpretation.
